In creating this plan, I imagined myself back in school, which was College of Medicine, UNILAG, by the way. I considered the usual options that were available and I carefully crafted a FAT BURNING MEAL PLAN from it.
This isn't some boring "Oyinbo" timetable.... Its a lost of different meal options you can have based on what's available within your environment. Different people on the program could be eating completely different things for breakfast on a particular day, because I've designed it that way.

I was so excited that my abs were getting more visible and it really motivated me. 2 months after the challenge I’ve went ahead to lose 8kg more, making my total weight loss in 3 months 14kg! Prior to this challenge I worked out everyday in short it was a lifestyle from the crunches down to whatever you can think of. I thought I was doing all I could to lose belly fat and keep fit and I of course I felt I was eating right too, until I joined this challenge. It has changed my life for good, helped me realize the many mistakes I was making and focus on the right things. In 30 days I lost 3kg and shed a whopping 4 inches off my waist. I thought I was doing many things right prior to this challenge. I felt i was eating right and even exercising but instead of improving, I was adding weight. The funniest part of it is that people who do not know your struggles will keep talking to you anyhow as if you are eating all the food in the world. I almost got depressed that what else will I do.
I will say that knowledge is power. Thanks to our coach who broke everything down in an easy to follow plan. I was 87kg, waist 37inches prior to the challenge, 83kg, waist 35 inches after 30 days despite the fact that for about 2 weeks in the challenge, I wasn't able to comply due to some reasons. Now I feel good about myself, though I'm not yet there. People now compliment me, clothes fit better. Of recent, a friend that is on keto diet even consulted me that how am I doing it. I like that we didn’t need to give up any food groups to get results. I love my carbs!

I’m a post graduate student, can I join? Unfortunately, No. You are free to join any of our other programs. Check out our Total body Transformation Program or the Fit and Trim program.

Do I need a gym? No you don’t! The work out guide can be followed anywhere, even in your room!
